For this Spokane-area lawn renovation, the existing turf was thin and inconsistent, with bare areas and poor establishment throughout portions of the property. Our goal was to rebuild the lawn from the soil up while preserving the turf that was still worth saving.

The solution combined multiple-pass core aeration, 15 cubic yards of 3-way top dressing mix, and re-hydroseeding to improve the growing conditions and re-establish a thick, healthy lawn.
